I have always had the dream of making a mural ... I think it is the desire of every artist, to be able to work on a large wall.

The occasion presented itself at the institute where I work as a teacher specialized in supporting and recovering children with disabilities.
I realized a painting of 2.50 m by 1.50 next to one of the main entrances to the middle school building.
I reproduced a painting I had previously created for the "Caged" exhibition at the Bartoli Felter Foundation in Cagliari, in which it was depicted a toucan surrounded by the vegetation of the tropical forest.
Compared to the original work, the original dimensions have been increased and the background has been modified, adding large leaves and large white flowers to obtain a more graphic effect. In the center stands the nice original toucan.
The idea was to create a colorful and lively work to bring a breath of joy every day to teachers and pupils.
The work was carried out in about 10 days, with acrylic colors on plaster and was protected with a final transparent varnish.
